If the CRM already has the mail, why open the inbox?

Staying in the CRM keeps the minutes.

Email AI gives back the minutes of not switching programs. If the CRM already has the mail, you pass it to Email AI. Classify does not draft. The draft returns in the same request or when it finishes.

  • We do not read the mailbox and we do not send the message. Your system passes it to Email AI and decides what to do with the reply.
  • Email AI can consult your own tools, besides searching the knowledge base and reading the time.
  • You delete one thread or all of the module data. The SaaS account stays.
  • Classify is built for a few hundred milliseconds. A draft that uses your documents can take from half a minute to a minute and a half.

Without leaving

The message is already in your system. The inbox can stay closed.

Email AI receives what your system hands over, sorts it and returns the draft. Sorting does not write. The text comes back at once or when it is ready, and you decide the send.

  1. We do not open the inboxYour system delivers the message. Email AI does not read the mailbox and does not send it. You decide what to do with the reply.
  2. Order first, then the textKnowing what the mail is about does not write the answer. The draft arrives separately, at once or when it is ready.
  3. The thread stays yoursYou can delete one thread or everything in this module. The account stays. What a person corrects comes back as a pattern.

What it costs

Nothing is free. The hours you get back have a price per account.

Three tiers. The lowest one already costs money. Signup stores a card, and the disk does not replace the cost of leaving the draft written.
